Hi Everyone!!  

Sorry I haven't checked in with this account for awhile. I have been very busy with my traditional artwork, with my job, and going to an artist convention. I will try to check in here more often and keep up with messages.

I have just posted several deviations that are personal and NOT STOCK PHOTOS. Please respect that and do not use them as such. They are very low resolution anyway, but nonetheless, please don't use them. I will be deleting them soon. I am using them for a journal entry in my traditional account here at DA.

Please be sure to read my updated rules which are listed below. I have received a note telling me of a copyright infringement of one of my photos. I will be following up on that and making sure it is remedied. It also caused me to add to my rules concerning photomanipulations. Please check out the changes in the rules before using my stock. If you have any questions, please ask. I am not trying to be difficult, but I do not want my photos just copied and/or sold. That is not what one does with stock references photos.

Rules for use of my stock photos

Here are the rules for using my stock photos. They are simple and brief. Please do not abuse, steal, or misuse my work:

1. My stock may not be used for anything of a lewd, crude, violent, pornographic, or perverted nature or anything in association with evil.

2. You may photomanipulate my stock, but please do not break rule #1. If you choose to photomanipulate my photos, please make sure you don't just copy it . Do something with it that is creative and different from the original photo and make it your own piece of work. Make sure you credit me in your manips please.

3. You may use my stock as reference pics for traditional art. I do NOT require that your picture be significantly different from my stock pic (meaning you MAY copy it exactly). However, I do require that you credit me as the photographer of the ref pic.

4. If you want to use my stock for anything involving prints or sales, you must ask me first. My stock may not be made into prints unless is has been converted into a piece of traditional artwork or has been significantly photo manipulated (and following rule #1), and I have approved. I must approve of any use of my stock that might be sold for your profit first.

5. Please do not use my stock for depressing or negative messages. I try to create uplifting photos, ones that can be used for encouragement, happiness, laughing, etc. But please do not use my stock to create a negative message, especially one that is untrue.

6. Sometimes I post deviations that are personal that I may want to share with others. They will say that you cannot use them as a stock photo in the description, so please follow that rule!!!!

7. Please note me when you complete your work. I always like to see what people do with my photos!! I also like to fav them.
